Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase email.

Please note: We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

We take pride in the quality of our products. If you receive a faulty item or an incorrect order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your goods. In such cases, we can provide a refund, exchange, or store credit.

How to Request a Return

  2. Include the following details in your email:

β€’ The item you want to return
β€’ The reason for the return
β€’ Whether you prefer an exchange, refund, or store credit

  1. Wait for our response. We will provide the return address and detailed instructions.

Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Once your return is received, please allow 5–10 business days for processing and up to 10 business days for any refunds to appear in your bank account.
